The beautiful Jamuna Resort stands near the Bangabandhu Bridge on the east bank of the Jamuna River. Here you can get calm environment that is also free from urban burry. The resort covers 1200 bighas of area, which is the result of joint effort of two non-government companies from Bangladesh and Nepal. There is an attractive museum containing 2728 species of preserved dead animals within the resort. Dead bodies of the animals found around the place are preserved there with care for the visitors.
